The UTS LSS is delighted to launch our second volume of our law society journal for 2020; The Full Bench ‘Unprecedented: How the law has adapted to the events of 2020’.
This year has seen many different complex legal questions emerge. How has COVID-19 affected marginalised groups? Have victims of the bushfires been adequately compensated? Do we have the right to protest during a pandemic? Are there any merits to the arguments being raised by the ‘Bunnings Karens’?
These crucial ideas and many more are explored in this edition of The Full Bench, TFB II.
